I’m a detail-oriented Pharm-D graduate with strong knowledge of pharmacology, patient counseling, and medication safety. I’m skilled in dispensing, prescription review, and drug information services, and I’m eager to apply my clinical and communication strengths in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.

During my Hospital Pharmacy Internship at Northwest General Hosp/ Peshawar, Hayat Abad, I assisted pharmacists with dispensing and reviewed prescriptions for accuracy. I also participated in ward rounds, prepared patient medication profiles, and performed medication reconciliation while monitoring drug interactions.

I educated patients on dosage, side effects, and medication adherence to support safer outcomes. I also supported pharmacists in IV admixture preparation and inventory management, strengthening my practical readiness for clinical workflows.

With my Internship Certification from Alliance Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and a solid foundation in clinical pharmacology and pharmacovigilance basics, I’m ready to contribute confidently to medication safety, patient care, and ongoing learning in pharmacy practice.
