At Otto, I shipped Otto Voice, a hands-free AI voice assistant for email and calendar, to paying customers.
At Synthflow AI, I migrated services from Cloud Run to Kubernetes and debugged orchestrator latency using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry distributed tracing. I also shared the on-call rotation, debugging and fixing production outages.
At The University of Chicago’s Research Computing Center, I administered a Docker Swarm cluster and migrated more than 50 applications to it. I also set up monitoring and built pipelines moving more than 500 GB weekly from lab instruments to HPC infrastructure.
