At ESSILORLUXOTTICA MEXICO, I designed an end-to-end payment reconciliation process for a strategic customer, using automated Alteryx workflows to handle high-volume transactions across 35 US manufacturing laboratories.
I reconcile customer payments between Oracle and remittance data, investigating financial and pricing variances through transaction-level and root-cause analysis. By analyzing historical transactions, I identified approximately $2.5 million USD in customer overpayments and shared actionable insights with leadership.
Earlier at ESSILORLUXOTTICA MEXICO, I processed customer payments, performed accounts receivable general ledger reconciliations, audited accounts payable invoices, and allocated expenses across US laboratories. I use Oracle ERP, Microsoft Excel, Alteryx Designer, and Oracle OBIEE for financial analysis and reporting.
