At Oracle, I support Oracle 11g, 12c, and 19c production and non-production databases, checking alerts, backups, listeners, storage, and sessions.
I support database recovery and planned changes through RMAN validation and recovery tasks, as well as Data Pump refreshes and migrations. I investigate performance and connectivity issues using OEM, AWR/ASH, SQL and session analysis, and listener/TNS diagnostics.
My Oracle work also includes supporting service restoration across RAC, ASM, and Data Guard environments and administering database users, privileges, and capacity.
At Oracle, I also support MySQL 8.0 and HeatWave availability, investigate slow queries, and validate backup and restore workflows. Previously, at Conduent Business Services, I automated report preparation with SQL scripts and Excel macros and developed a web-based self-service reporting solution.
