I’m a finance professional with extensive experience across on-grid and off-grid energy in Sub-Sahara Africa, combining strong quantitative problem-solving with investment management and financial advisory expertise. I’m dedicated to driving organizational growth through clear analysis, reliable forecasting, and sound decision support.
Since June 2015, I’ve been Finance Manager for Own Properties Limited, providing general financial management support, including cashflow forecasting and management, annual budgeting, financial accounting and reporting, and contract management. I also support ongoing financial advisory needs and help ensure service level agreements are negotiated and maintained effectively.
From January 2019 to date, I work as a Renewable Energy Consultant in Nairobi, advising solar park developers (currently supporting 10MW and 80MW projects). I help prepare feasibility studies and Information Memorandums, build financial and tariff models, and support developers negotiating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), while liaising with external energy specialists for additional secondary advice.
