What I'm looking for

I’m applying for the Remote Data Entry Clerk role at Outcess.

At Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme (ECEWS), I maintain and update programme data in designated information systems. I review submissions, verify data quality, and prepare findings and feedback for programme teams.

On the ECEWS SPEED Project, I collect and collate programme data from implementing entities and check submissions against agreed indicators and reporting requirements.

At Catholic Caritas Foundation Nigeria (CCFN), I entered patient medical records into the Electronic Medical Record system and submitted weekly data to NDR, NDRlite, and DHIS. I also performed weekly EMR data backups and maintained organized records.

Across my data entry and monitoring and evaluation roles, I’ve verified records, resolved data discrepancies, and supported data cleaning and quality assurance. I use digital databases and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel, to keep information accurate and reporting on schedule.
