I've built embedded firmware for AMETEK Instruments India, including a Chatillon digital force gauge on STM32L4R5 and FreeRTOS. I developed USB and UART communications, motor-controller data packets, and I2C touch and display integrations.
For AMETEK's Jofra RTCt Temperature Calibrator on NXP i.MX8M Mini, I integrated EXFAT support, created Yocto recipes for timezone configuration, and improved systemd startup dependencies and boot reliability.
At HCL Technologies, I supported Smiths Medical infusion pumps by implementing RSA-2048 and SHA-256 firmware signature verification with WolfCrypt. I also migrated the firmware build environment from IAR Compiler v4.x to v9.x and resolved compiler, typecasting, and linker issues.
Earlier, I developed PIC18-based industrial and commercial automation systems, from touch switches and hotel automation to transformer monitoring and Modbus RTU sensor modules. I bring 7+ years of embedded firmware development, board bring-up, peripheral validation, and system-level debugging across bare-metal, FreeRTOS, and Yocto Linux platforms.
