I'm looking to lead quality for complex manufacturing or power-generation projects, strengthening supplier performance, regulatory compliance, CAPA, and continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.

At GE, I lead project quality for Darlington controls upgrades, HP/LP refurbishment, and stator rewind work, translating contract requirements into inspection plans, quality assurance plans, supplier surveillance, and final manufacturing dossiers.

Across GE and Bosch Rexroth, I've improved quality from incoming inspection through supplier development and series production, using CAPA, 8D, SPC, FMEA, audits, and NDT to resolve non-conformances and strengthen compliance.
