I maintain audit-ready procurement files and work with internal departments to ensure essential goods and services are acquired on time.

Previously at Sterling Bank, I resolved customer transaction issues, handled cash and cheque transactions, supported ATM cash management, and maintained accurate banking documentation.

My experience at Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company included operational improvement work, procurement support, research, reports, meeting minutes, process maps, and digital infrastructure-data mapping. I'm eager to bring my organisation, Excel, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills to virtual administrative work.
