At Singhania R & Co., I established and manage a CA practice serving clients in India and the U.S. I provide cross-border bookkeeping and tax compliance, and generate financial statements for clients.
I’ve conducted statutory and tax audits and provided GST compliance, from registrations and returns to audits and assessments. I also advise clients on business structuring, cost optimization, and governance frameworks.
Before founding my practice, I worked in assurance audit at EY (GDS) and statutory audit at KPMG. My work included reviewing audits under the GAM framework and IFRS standards, evaluating internal controls, and finalizing financial statements under Indian GAAP and the Companies Act.
