At The Estée Lauder Companies, I lead global Continuous Threat Exposure Management across 127,000 assets and 10 manufacturing sites. I unite risk-based vulnerability management, threat intelligence, threat hunting, external attack surface management, application security, and OT/ICS security under one operating model.
I moved prioritization beyond raw CVSS scoring and established an expedited P0 policy that reduced remediation time from more than 90 days to under 7 days. I also built programs for OT vulnerability management, threat intelligence, threat hunting, HackerOne bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure, and automated workflows that save roughly 600 analyst hours each quarter.
My foundation includes eight years supporting DoD, FBI, DIA, and intelligence-community systems through RMF, ATO, audits, and incident response. As a U.S. Army veteran and former squad leader, I bring a practical leadership approach to turning technical exposure into decisions leaders can fund and enforce.
