I am a self-motivated, result-oriented cybersecurity Senior Analyst, focused on enabling business security and compliance through reliable IT operations. I bring hands-on experience supporting HSE (Health and Safe Environment), Legal/Compliance, and physical security functions.

In my current role at Capgemini Technology Services India Ltd, I provide operation/application support using tools like ServiceNow and OneTrust, and I support access reviews and assessments end to end. I coordinate with application owners and risk stakeholders to explain requirements and close assessment tasks with the right evidence.

I strengthen compliance outcomes by maintaining asset inventory, updating configuration items in Service Desk, and supporting documentation for third-party vendor assessments. I also assist with CSAR data gathering for compliance assessments for new and existing vendors, and help with workflow creation for user access provisioning.

My approach is structured and evidence-driven: I troubleshoot daily/weekly application issues, monitor and support remediation/obsolescence processes, and document standard operating procedures. Alongside this, I bring a technical foundation across cybersecurity, Linux/Windows networking, and cloud fundamentals.
