At Endava, I completed a structured full-stack rotational internship, gaining hands-on training across database, frontend, and backend tracks in a live development environment.
I wrote and optimized SQL queries and schemas, built website interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and developed Java-based backend components as part of application-development training.
For my Distributed Ticket Booking System project, I built three Spring Boot microservices that communicate through RabbitMQ, with separate PostgreSQL databases for Booking and Inventory.
I used optimistic locking and bounded retries to prevent double bookings, and verified the result with a concurrent integration test using Testcontainers. I also added idempotent message handling, automated tests, GitHub Actions CI, and Docker Compose setup.
