I am a dedicated Master of Health Administration student with a strong commitment to advancing pediatric healthcare. My goal is to secure an Administrative Fellowship in an academic pediatric hospital where I can contribute my skills to impactful initiatives, gain executive-level insights, and develop as a future healthcare leader.

Throughout my academic journey at Rutgers University, I have maintained a 4.0 GPA and have taken on leadership roles, such as President of the Graduate Society of Healthcare Leaders. My professional experience includes working as an Emergency Department Patient Access Associate, where I have successfully managed patient registrations and improved patient satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.

In addition to my administrative skills, I have hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, working with children diagnosed with autism and other behavioral disorders. My ability to analyze data and implement effective treatment plans has led to significant improvements in communication and social skills for my clients.
