At DIGISS LLC, I monitor, investigate, and respond to security threats across networks, applications, cloud environments, and systems serving thousands of global clients.

I manage AWS security alerts, conduct threat hunting and vulnerability assessments, and monitor access using SIEM and EDR tools including Rapid7 InsightIDR, Wazuh, Elastic, and SentinelOne.

I build ransomware, phishing, and dark web investigation runbooks, develop detection use cases and alert rules, and fine-tune detection logic to improve alert quality and reduce false positives.

I also enforce data protection and identity policies, automate repetitive security processes, document incidents, and provide phishing and social-engineering awareness guidance.
