Prayer Abuchi

I’m a civil engineer and project supervisor who helps construction teams deliver residential and commercial projects safely and on schedule. I focus on disciplined site operations, clear documentation, and steady coordination with stakeholders.

In my project supervision work, I led a team of 20+ contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, managing daily materials coordination, equipment allocation, and subcontractor performance. I enforced site safety (HSE) and quality control through regular inspections and corrective actions to minimize rework and safety incidents.

I also coordinate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to interpret drawings, resolve design and technical issues, and implement change requests while controlling cost impact. I track progress, prepare regular progress reports for senior management, and support timely handovers.

My foundation is a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, including Structural Analysis, Reinforced Concrete Design, Geotechnical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Construction Management, and Transportation Engineering. For my final-year project, I performed design and seismic analysis of a 5-storey reinforced concrete residential building using STAAD.Pro and ETABS, supported by hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, site surveying, quantity estimation, and material testing.
