At OpenText, I serve as the primary technical consultant for NatWest (RBS)’s enterprise Content Manager programme. I contributed to migrating 1M+ legacy records into a GDPR-compliant platform with zero data loss.
I designed a reusable migration framework for sources including SAP, SharePoint, and file shares, benchmarked for throughput at ~27M records. I also built a ServiceAPI-to-Power BI reporting pipeline handling ~29M rows.
For EY, I automated SharePoint content migration into Content Manager, cutting manual processing time by ~65%. I also developed records and anonymisation APIs for Hume City Council and Ericsson, and onboarded 10+ engineers on Content Manager workflows and .NET practices.
