What I'm looking for

I seek clinical roles focused on ophthalmology and peri-operative care where I can manage OPD services, participate in surgeries, treat ocular emergencies, and contribute to community eye health and research.

I am an Ayurvedic medical doctor (BAMS, MS Shalakyatantra in progress) with hands-on experience as a Resident Medical Officer, Medical Officer with a municipal corporation, and Clinical Assistant in ophthalmology. I have managed busy OPDs, performed diagnostic procedures (refraction, fundoscopy, slit lamp exams, tonometry), assisted in cataract and pterygium surgeries, and managed peri-operative care and ocular emergencies.

I have participated in community eye camps, evaluated and treated ICU patients with ocular injuries, and contributed to research including a literature review on ocular injuries and a randomized controlled clinical trial thesis. I communicate effectively with patients and prioritize a patient-friendly approach while applying strong clinical and procedural skills.
