I am a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in manual testing and some training in automated testing. My journey began as a lecturer, where I honed my communication and mentoring skills, which I now leverage in the software testing field. Known for my troubleshooting abilities and quick mastery of new technologies, I am eager to apply my knowledge in a dynamic environment and contribute to leading software development teams.

Currently, I am a Software Tester Trainee at TOPS Technologies Pvt. Ltd, where I practice manual test scenarios and create detailed test cases for the Gadget Gallery website. My experience includes testing for cross-browser compatibility and learning the intricacies of bug reporting using tools like Mantis and Jira. Prior to this, I served as a Technical Analyst, managing IT service requests and ensuring smooth operations through effective problem-solving and communication with clients.
