What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an analytics or business intelligence role in an MNC environment where I can use Power BI, SQL, and Power Platform to build dashboards, analyze operational and CRM data, and support data-driven decisions.

I've managed CRM and admissions data at Indian Institute of Commerce Lakshya, using Power BI and Excel Pivot Tables to analyze lead conversion, track pipeline movement, and identify follow-up opportunities.

My Power BI projects include Nykaa marketing performance and Superstore profit dashboards, where I cleaned and modeled data, built DAX measures, and delivered interactive reporting on revenue, profit, ROI, conversion, and regional trends.

Earlier, I supported high-volume insurance authorization operations at Sunknowledge and technical support at Wipro, building a practical foundation in accurate data management, recurring reporting, process documentation, and operational improvement.
