I am a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accountant with hands-on experience managing asset capitalization, depreciation, and disposals under US GAAP and local tax regulations. I bring focused expertise in ERP systems to improve asset tracking and reporting accuracy.

Over the past two years I managed classification and capitalization of equipment and Construction in Progress costs, prepared monthly depreciation estimates, and maintained fixed asset roll-forwards for multiple facilities. I ensure completion of outstanding projects prior to capitalization and support internal and external audits with thorough schedules and documentation.

Previously, as a Project Accountant I reconciled technical project progress to financial revenue, executed month-end close processes, and produced detailed client Statements of Account. I coordinated documentation for audits and continuously monitored trade receivables to support project financial health.
