What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Security Analyst or SOC Analyst role.

At MyFirstHack, I triage Splunk alerts and escalate confirmed incidents with notes senior analysts can act on. I investigate phishing reports, suspicious logins, and endpoint alerts using CrowdStrike and VirusTotal.

I tag incidents with MITRE ATT&CK techniques to help the team identify attacker patterns and prioritize attention. I also flagged recurring false positives to senior analysts for detection-rule tuning.

At United Wholesale Mortgage, I resolved ServiceNow and Jira Service Management tickets and escalated complex issues with troubleshooting steps already documented. I followed security and data-handling policies while supporting employees who work with sensitive customer financial information.

Through academic projects, I designed a secure network with VLAN segmentation and access controls, and simulated enterprise identity management in Active Directory. I hold a B.S. in Computer Science and a Cybersecurity Professional Certificate.
