At Choithram Hospital and Research Center, I gained clinical exposure across medical, surgical, pediatric, and obstetric units. I delivered fundamental nursing care, monitored and documented vital signs, and assisted with medication administration under supervision.
During my internship rotations, I trained in medical-surgical, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatric, community health, and psychiatric settings. I also participated in health education and community health initiatives.
I’ve designed health education booklets, posters, brochures, and infographics with Canva, and written medical content for healthcare professionals and general audiences. My submitted final-year project explored distress and coping strategies among parents of children admitted to selected hospitals’ pediatric wards.
