I’m looking to lead or join a patient-centered pediatric team where I can deliver evidence-based preventive newborn/adolescent care, coordinate multidisciplinary services, and drive quality improvement while maintaining exceptional family relationships.

I’m a board-certified pediatrician with nearly 20 years of experience delivering comprehensive care across outpatient clinics, newborn nurseries, pediatric inpatient units, and emergency settings. As Founder and CEO of Graceville Pediatrics, I build compassionate, evidence-based, relationship-centered care for children and families.

I focus on preventive care, newborn medicine, adolescent health, and behavioral and mental health, along with chronic disease management and patient-centered workflows. I also lead practice development—strategic planning, physician credentialing, payer contracting, regulatory compliance, staffing, clinical operations, and business development—while supporting coordinated care through hospital and community partnerships and teaching newborn and parenting education.
