@olajideoluwapelumi
Data analyst at Olam Agri who cut annual shipping costs 10% and built Power BI dashboards and a Copilot document-review agent.
NigeriaWhat I'm looking for
At Olam Agri, I analyse freight rates and empty-unit availability to shift shipment volume to lower-cost liners and forwarders, cutting annual shipping costs 10%. I was named Best Worker of the Year in 2024 for freight cost savings and logistics reporting improvements.
I built Power BI KPI dashboards tracking on-time delivery, transit time, and freight cost variance. I also configured a Microsoft Copilot agent to check third-party documents against bills of lading, speeding document review.
As a Logistics Coordinator, I analysed shipment and landed-cost data to identify peak periods and price trends, improving cost-efficiency 5%. I automated Excel workflows and reporting, and used SAP and Excel to clean, validate, and reconcile shipment and invoice records.
At Quantum Analytics NG, I built Power BI and Excel dashboards and cleaned and validated datasets using Excel and PostgreSQL. I’m seeking a junior data analyst role where I can apply my analytical skills and operational domain knowledge.
