I build automated reports and interactive dashboards for e-commerce and logistics operations. From delivery-time tracking to revenue and customer-behavior views, I focus on turning complex metrics into clear, decision-ready outputs.

Before shifting deeper into analytics, I worked as a Sales Manager, analyzing daily, monthly, and year-over-year sales data to identify buying trends and improve inventory turnover. I also built tracking sheets to evaluate sales team performance and support structured operations, applying strategic planning and regional market data for market expansion.

Through projects like a Logistics & Operations Performance Tracker and a Global E-Commerce Analytics Dashboard, I’ve strengthened my end-to-end workflow: extracting and cleaning data with SQL, building Power BI reporting with Power query and DAX, forecasting with Advanced Excel, and automating weekly reporting to save hours of manual work.
