NISHI PATEL

I’m a Zoology and Biology teacher with experience teaching Zoology and providing Biology home tuition. I’m seeking a teaching position at an ed-tech institute, where I can deliver Science/Biology through interactive learning and non-conventional methods that keep students actively engaged.

My academic foundation is in Microbiology (B.Sc Microbiology; M.Sc Microbiology) along with a B.Ed for classroom teaching. I’ve also qualified GATE 2026, which strengthens my subject depth and research readiness.

Beyond teaching, I’ve worked on projects like “Screening of Rhizobia as PGP Rhizobacteria” and “Rhizobia based bio-formulations.” I’ve strengthened my applied knowledge through hands-on training and workshops, including Basic and Applied Microbiology, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (IIT Kanpur), and training focused on IP and Technology transfer in Academia.

In the classroom and labs, I focus on lesson planning, active listening, and strong communication to support learning outcomes. I combine tutoring and mentoring with academic research, academic presentation, and practical lab and instrumentation handling to help students build both understanding and confidence.
