I've supported a USD 550 Mn bond refinancing through an Offering Memorandum review and comfort letter, coordinating financial reporting across three geographies. My work also includes identifying inventory valuation gaps, evaluating financial controls, and preparing Audit Committee presentations on performance, provisioning, and supply-chain risks.
