At KAIZEN Softworks, I owned a critical sub-project for Livingston Intl. end-to-end, serving as the technical point of contact for requirements, delivery, and production support. I reduced client-reported production incidents from about two per week to near-zero over 12 months.
I built and maintained API integrations with US and Canadian government agencies, including CBP and CBSA. I also optimized an automated workflow from more than five minutes to under 15 seconds, enabling real-time processing.
Earlier, at Inetsat, I designed and implemented binary and hex data parsers to onboard enterprise clients including Disney, Fox, and AMC. I also contributed backend and UI improvements, including query optimization with LINQ and Entity Framework and a visual redesign using WPF/MVVM.
