Nickolas Balog

I am an outdoor education instructor and registered EMT with experience in youth programming, emergency response, and team-based environments. I served in the Army and have applied that discipline and adaptability to civilian roles.

I taught children a variety of classes in an outdoor camp environment and returned for an additional season after the program reopened in 2022. I also volunteered in youth services at a public library, handling patron inquiries and promoting summer programs.

I hold national registration as an EMT and state registration for Arizona, and I possess certifications in basic life support, CPR, bleeding control, and Firefighter I and II. My hands-on skills include triage, vital signs assessment, and practical emergency medical procedures.

I bring customer-service orientation, leadership, and teaching experience to roles that value safety, clear communication, and community impact. I seek opportunities where I can continue to teach, lead, and grow in outdoor education or emergency services.
