Co-founded and served as LMS Architect for an e-learning development and management company, specializing in designing and delivering customized Learning Management Systems (LMS). Architected scalable, secure, and user-friendly LMS platforms tailored to client-specific requirements, leveraging Moodle and custom integrations.

Led the full development lifecycle of a Moodle-based e-learning platform for the Corruption Prevention Commission of Armenia, from requirements gathering to final deployment. Designed, developed, and customized the platform to meet specific needs, including custom plugins, tailored themes, and integration with internal systems.

Provided ongoing support and maintenance for the State Revenue Services’ (SRC) Moodle-based e-learning platform, ensuring stability and performance. Collaborated with SRC’s IT team to successfully migrate the platform from cloud infrastructure to on-premise servers, ensuring seamless transition and data integrity.

Led the development of an e-learning platform using Moodle for State Revenue Services, overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Developed and customized the Moodle platform to meet specific needs, including custom plugins, themes, and integrations with existing systems.

Led a team of backend engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster growth and improve productivity. Designed and implemented scalable backend architectures, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability of web services and APIs.

Developed a tailored module within Odoo to manage remote patient monitoring and teleconsultation workflows, enabling healthcare workers to track patient data securely. Configured Odoo with end-to-end encryption and GDPR-compliant data handling, ensuring sensitive medical information was stored and processed securely on-premises.

Designed and implemented robust backend systems for Truckin Digital’s ERP software, ensuring high performance and scalability to support logistics and trucking operations. Developed and maintained RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party services, enhancing overall functionality.
