I'm currently providing safe, evidence-based nursing and midwifery care at Federal Teaching Hospital, Katsina, supporting patients across clinical settings.
I assess, monitor, document, and communicate patient needs with multidisciplinary teams while delivering health education and counselling to patients and families.
My work includes maternal and child health throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period, alongside infection prevention, patient safety, and respectful patient-centred care.
Previously, I supported maternal, newborn, general healthcare, and special care baby unit services at Federal Medical Centre, Nguru and Barewa Clinic and Maternity. I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Nursing Science and am motivated to contribute to humanitarian and community-based programmes serving women, adolescents, mothers, and children.
