At UEM Edgenta Berhad, I lead KPI governance and business performance monitoring across 8 departments and 16 projects. I develop executive dashboards and centralised reporting to improve management visibility and decision-making.

I lead budgeting and forecasting for budgets exceeding RM100 million, and work with Business Development and Finance teams on quarterly revenue, cost, and gross profit forecasts. I also proposed Power BI adoption to automate manual Excel reporting and support its rollout.

At Waafi Bank Ltd., I played a key role in building digital banking operations from the ground up, establishing finance processes, reporting, treasury, governance, audit readiness, and operational controls. I led group consolidation and financial reporting across entities in Malaysia and the UK, and managed treasury operations covering more than RM70 million.

Earlier, at Ladangku Maju Sdn Bhd, I led finance operations and group reporting for three entities, improved reporting efficiency through QuickBooks automation, and led a team of five finance professionals. My experience also includes accounting and finance roles at Transview Golf Sdn Bhd, Kumpulan Media Karangkraf Sdn Bhd, and OS Trio Bhd.
