At Descon Engineering Limited’s Mohmand Dam Hydropower Project, I prepare weekly and monthly work schedules with the Planning Department and develop pour plans against project targets. I also raise RITs for reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works, coordinating timely consultant clearances.
I monitor reinforcement work-fronts across spillway ogee headworks and upper chute structures, and coordinate with CGCC so mechanical and electrical works are completed before concrete pours. I brief the Project Director and Site Manager on progress and work with consultants on inspections and pre-pour clearances.
After completing Descon’s Graduate Trainee programme, I was retained as Engineer Civil. Earlier, at Bendcrete Construction Services, I prepared structural steel quantity take-offs and BOQs and developed structural models; my NUST final-year project on sustainable UHPC received 1 Place – Best Industrial Project at the NUST Open House.
