I'm currently strengthening statutory reporting, consolidations, VAT compliance and balance sheet controls across Calico Group's multi-entity structure. I lead a Group-wide reconciliation framework, coordinate audit support and partner with senior finance stakeholders on governance and transformation.
At RSM UK Audit, I led teams on complex audit engagements, including a new £100m+ technology client and acquisitions involving purchase price allocations, goodwill and consolidation impacts. I also developed junior auditors through coaching, line management and internal training.
Across accountancy practices, I've prepared statutory accounts, tax returns, VAT returns, management accounts and payroll for owner-managed businesses. I'm ACCA qualified and use data analytics, AI tools, Excel, Xero, Sage 50, Receipt Bank, AutoEntry, CCH and Taxfiler to improve reporting quality and efficiency.
