At The Shamrao Vithal Co-operative Bank Ltd., I design and implement RBI regulatory reports on Finacle, including NPA classification, CRILC, and advances reporting. I also develop statutory and RBI audit reports as requirements change.
I automated RBI/ADF reporting workflows using PL/SQL and SSIS, reducing report turnaround time from 2 days to 1 day. I also build Power BI dashboards for select departments.
Earlier at the bank, I led table mapping and data migration during a core banking upgrade initiative, then supported the transition to Finacle. I also delivered a KRA reporting solution for branch-level performance tracking and evaluation.
