At Uber, I built and shipped features on Bliss-NXT, Uber’s internal customer support platform used by 30+ teams globally through a unified portal. I also replaced a manual, PII non-compliant agent workflow with a frontend solution, targeting a 70–80% reduction in handling time while processing ~500 vouchers/month globally. From compliance integrations to platform-wide migrations, I’ve led high-stakes work and delivered outcomes end-to-end.

I delivered ONDC integration independently—building VI and Resolution Action required for Uber’s IGM 1.0 compliance—and unblocked India market launch on the government-mandated open commerce network. Previously, as a Web Developer at BeyondScale Technologies, I built citizen-facing government portals, embeddable real estate data widgets (with interactive charts and Google Maps API plotting), and an interactive e-learning platform, always focusing on real-world usability and performance.
