At ARABISK GROUP OF COMPANIES, I manage inventory for a diversified FMCG operation spanning production, manufacturing, imports, exports, wholesale, and retail. I use eMatrix ERP to control 15,000+ SKUs across four warehouses and 16 retail outlets.
I manage stock through the full cycle, from supplier and import receipts to production issues, finished goods, outlet replenishment, and wholesale dispatch. I also maintain multi-unit-of-measure stock records and coordinate transfers and export shipments.
I introduced scheduled cycle counts and approval-based adjustments, improving accuracy and reducing shrinkage. I also standardized item coding and unit conversions, and reduced ageing stock through planned inter-branch transfers.
Earlier, I was Warehouse In-Charge at EMPIRE GROUP (HOTEL EMPIRE), supplying branches, catering units, and wholesale customers, and a Store Assistant at REGENT YAMAHA handling spare parts. I hold a BCom in Finance and have training in SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA Inventory Management, and Extended Warehouse Management.
