At Protea Hotel Bloemfontein and Protea Hotel Willow Lake, I assist with day-to-day financial operations and prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

I also perform month-end and year-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries, while supporting compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Previously, at Core Audit Incorporated, I performed and managed audit engagements for private SMEs and estate agents, and completed compilation engagements for companies, closed corporations, trusts and individuals.

At Core Audit Incorporated, I also prepared regulatory returns and annual tax returns. I completed my SAICA articles with an elective in Auditing and Assurance, and am qualified to register as an Associate General Accountant AGA(SA) with SAICA, though I’m not yet registered.
