I’m a Junior UX/UI Designer with 4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where I learned how to diagnose why products fail. Now I bring that same instinct into user-centered design, grounded in research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing in Figma and Maze.
Through my ReDI School projects, I’ve validated designs with measurable outcomes—recent work reached a 94% SUS score and strong task success rates. For example, I conducted moderated user interviews and benchmarks for an education management platform and synthesized findings into information architecture and high-fidelity prototypes; for an order history redesign, I mined user reviews, designed search and filtering concepts, and tested with 7 participants to achieve a 94% SUS score.
