What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve organizational efficiency through administrative coordination, IT support, data management, accurate documentation, confidentiality, and smooth departmental operations.

I'm supporting academic and administrative operations as a Computer Operator at Bangladesh Army International University of Science and Technology (BAIUST) in Cumilla.

I maintain departmental documents and records with zero data loss, coordinate communication, and protect sensitive information through strict confidentiality.

Previously, at Cumilla Digital Head Post Office under Bangladesh Post Office, I installed software, troubleshot hardware and software issues, and kept systems functioning reliably. I also processed official documents through scanning, printing, and file handling.

I'm focused on data accuracy, documentation, record management, and practical IT support. My background includes Microsoft Office, network troubleshooting, data entry, inventory management, and administrative coordination.
