At BTG Pactual, I lead a development team working on critical banking systems with .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core. I help set priorities, coordinate deliveries, and provide technical direction while continuing to contribute to the software.
I build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native applications on AWS, and participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering standards. I also mentor new team members and promote software development and architecture best practices.
Previously, at BRQ Digital Solu ons, contracted to BTG Pactual, I developed APIs and backend services with C# and ASP.NET Core. I worked with AWS services and contributed to distributed architectures, system integration, and improvements to application performance, reliability, and observability.
