- Through operational process improvements and vendor management, I have regularly saved hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for my employers.
- In all roles since 2005, led, developed, and maintained implementations of policies, guides, documentation, templates, and housekeeping procedures to ensure integrity.
- ITIL v2, Splunk, and Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA) certified.
