At WBHO Construction, I manage employee and contractor onboarding, from document verification and medical bookings to inductions and site-access readiness.

I maintain safety files, compliance records, registers, labour requisitions, and Excel trackers to keep personnel documentation, training, licences, certificates, and expiry requirements on track.

I prepare HIRA/JRA documentation, risk assessments, procedures, checklists, and construction HSE records. I also support inspections, compliance monitoring, corrective-action follow-up, and audit evidence preparation.

With more than five years in mining and civil construction environments, I work closely with contractors, employees, service providers, and site management to resolve documentation gaps and keep onboarding moving.
