I'm currently managing end-to-end lease accounting and lease administration at Genpact India Pvt. Ltd., including lease creation, modifications, renewals, expirations, and terminations.

I handle month-end close activities, journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting. I review and resolve reconciliation differences while supporting compliance, audit requirements, internal controls, and accounting policies.

Previously, at Amit Agarwal & Co. in Lucknow, I assisted with statutory, tax, stock, and concurrent audits. I worked with cost consultants, clients, and cross-functional teams to resolve audit observations and improve audit accuracy and efficiency.

My background combines lease accounting, Record-to-Report operations, general ledger accounting, and practical SAP and Excel skills.
