What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an accounting role where I can own GL/AR/AP reconciliations and monthly close, partner on ERP-driven workflows, and support SOX and audits—while leading process improvements with clear SOPs and strong controls.

I’m a Qualified Accountant with 9 years of experience in Accounting, GL Reconciliations, Intercompany Transactions, and handling audits of companies and partnership firms across various industries. I passed the Uniform CPA Exam and bring a strong execution mindset, from planning and executing assignments to meeting scope and deadlines.

In my current role, I support monthly close activities and AR trade reconciliations across multiple business units, consolidating open AR trade invoices and driving corrections to eliminate variances. I work deeply with standard and ad-hoc journal entries, ensuring AR trade and Balance Sheet GL reconciliations are completed accurately, including monthly OS roll forward and related certification activities.

I’ve also led teams of 6–8 people on BPR assignments and have experience with SOX control tasks such as JE completeness reporting, quarterly reporting, and internal control follow-through. Previously, I worked in management consultancy and CPA firm environments—handling statutory, internal, and tax audits, payroll processing, preparing and filing income tax returns, maintaining books of accounts, and writing SOPs for complicated reconciliations and journal entry workflows.
