At University of Auckland, I manage student tuition fee and accommodation debt across academic terms, applying funding and exclusion rules and escalating complex cases. I also run the annual expected credit loss provisioning exercise.
I wrote SOPs and a call campaign guide to help a non-specialist team follow up overdue accounts and escalate cases correctly, and refreshed the Oracle Service Cloud student-reply templates.
At Waste Management NZ, I managed collections and reconciliations across a high-volume commercial ledger, assessed credit applications and negotiated payment arrangements. I built Power BI and Tableau dashboards for ageing, collections tracking and operational KPIs.
Earlier, at Tata Capital Financial Services, I managed end-to-end leasing operations in SAP and led automation initiatives and UAT. I’ve also built Excel VBA tools that consolidate seven system reports and a Power BI dashboard used by the Chief Financial Officer.
