I configured, tested, deployed, monitored, and troubleshot iFlows in SAP BTP Integration Suite. I analyzed Message Processing Logs, payloads, headers, properties, and error logs to investigate failures and support root-cause analysis.
I supported integrations across REST, SOAP, and OData, and used Postman and SOAP UI for API testing and request/response validation. I also handled P1/P2/P3 incidents within SLA timelines and maintained RCA reports and troubleshooting documentation.
