What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support a legal or advocacy team as a Paralegal or Drafter, using my legal training, document drafting, case tracking, client intake, and confidential records-management skills to streamline workflows and contribute to justice.

I've supported legal operations at the Uganda Law Society and Buganda Road Court through client intake, preliminary assessments, document preparation, and accurate court-record management.

At the Uganda Law Society, I maintained confidential legal files and correspondence, tracked case files, located sureties, and assisted legal officers with preliminary case documentation. At Buganda Road Court, I documented official proceedings, monitored scheduling details, and organized daily administrative logs to support case workflows.

My Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University gave me grounding in civil procedure, criminal procedure, evidence, land transactions, contract law, and administrative law.

I've also applied strong Excel-based tracking, quality control, scheduling, and client communication skills in warehouse and guest-house administrative roles. I'm motivated to bring drafting precision, administrative rigor, and commitment to justice to a legal or advocacy team.
