At Ford, I oversaw a $15M innovation portfolio supporting disaster relief, food security, and cultural institutions while advising Ford executives on priorities, social impact, and risk. I also led enterprise-wide design-for-trust strategy across autonomous driving, data intimacy, electrification, and subscription ownership models.

As founder of Space Hostess, I built a human-centered creative strategy firm and co-facilitated the Museum School design, which received a $10M XQ Super School Project award and has served more than 1,000 Michigan students. At GreenPath Financial Wellness, I led a rebrand, launched fintech products, and directed integration of six acquisitions and five joint ventures.
